More Character/Item Updates (will add sketches soon I promise)
So first things first, there are still no sketches. I will add sketches when I am able to draw. And even then, I am a horrible artists so they won’t add much.
That being said, I have more ideas for my object. In my last post, I explained the origins and inspiration from the object. Since then, I have thought more about how I want it to look like, and how I want to it look on the characters body.
In going with the poison theme, I want to have the belt leave a mark on the characters body that signifies the length it has been worn. From a barely visible rash to full on bleeding, I want the chest area that the belt would be around to be a representation of the lengths the character would go to to obtain the belts power.
In relation to the character as a whole, I think having a trench coat over the belt would be best. I like this idea because it makes the item hidden until the character chooses to reveal it, which relates to the idea of snakes being mischievous and untrustworthy.
